Re: Android For The Vogue Is Here!!!

I'm using the latest 1.5 package from dzo and I can't get the market, calendar or gmail apps to work. I'm running NFSFAN's Sprint v1.12.

The first time I installed I didn't have any sound and it kept freezing. I then deleted the data file and had it create a new one. After that it was stable and I had sound but the apps mentioned above still don't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

you have to install 1.1 first, setup your google account there, and then change to 1.5, i think keeping the same data.img file, then ur account will be transferred to 1.5 allowing market acces

I'm following this instructions
http://code.google.com/p/vogue-andro...i/HowToInstall

This are the files i downloaded:
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/...rd-29-07-09.gz (renamed it to initrd.gz)
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/...Image-27-07-09 (renamed it to zimage)
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/files/default.txt (Entered my username and password, changed the board type to 3)
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/files/haret.exe
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/...isonsystem.img (renamed it to system.img)
I thought it was the problem so i replaced it with
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/...2009-07-23.img
(renamed it to system.img)
http://vogue-android.googlecode.com/files/resources.zip
Extracted Resources.zip

Copied all downloads from above to root of my sd card.
I have a 1gb, formatted to fat32.

SO what did i do wrong?

Re: Android For The Vogue Is Here!!!

Are you making a Folder named Android, Placing all files inside except system.img. The system.img file must be in the storage card directory.
