i use a diamond and bought a touch just to test out android.

it works quite well imo.

google maps load JUST as fast as your desktop google maps. i'm quite amazed its almost like a much faster connection!

also browsing the web is delightfully pleasant on android.


i haven't decided to stick with this until a real android phone comes out or just switch to a blackberry curve, sigh...decisions decisions.

Hmm ya just might be a current bug. Like I said sometimes mine does things like that too, although since it's so minor I doubt he will work that out for quite a while.

I have turned off GPS, and I'm still confused on how to update from Radio 3.42 to 3.50..? I went to HTC but the Radio is still 3.42. This is pretty difficult. I can't use the Browser, and my SMS won't go through. Whenever I send or someone else sends one it says
"bad sms encoding"

installed the cab but it does not work as I have the old Radio version. I've never upgraded my Rom or radio before, never even unlocked a phone before so are there any harmful effects to unlocking and upgrading radio to my phone?

if you don't do it correctly you are at risk of bricking your phone... but if you search the forum and follow the steps you should b fine. not to hard at all and very worth it

Upon installing the cab located on your site I get this error message:

proc
invalid handle.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
