and yes I searched
At the moment when Android boots it takes the current time of the Device as GMT.

Set the time zone to the one you want. (eg for me gmt +12)

Then set the current time manually.

Hope the helps, or clears things up.

Re: Android For The Vogue Is Here!!!

so after you go back to the main home screen when you slide the volume up on running programs. i take it that the program is closed, although over time and after running a few apps the phone slows down. anyways, is there a task manager ? cuz the way the buttons are set up i dont see how you can multitask with this.

Multi-tasks refers to the fact that the phone can process multiple items at the same time without significant loss in performance.

Since Android is not meant to run on our hardware, it becomes fairly sluggish after time. The quickest and most effective solution is to go into Dev Tools, click on Development Settings, and set Max App Process Limit to 3 or 4. I have mine set to 3 and my phone flies. Good luck.

Re: Android For The Vogue Is Here!!!

I had noticed if holding your vogue power button it appears a task manager or a last used app list icons will pop up, but I cant find any way to close them. When pressing them it only launches them.

download "advanced task manager", it's only a $1 and it works like a champ. keeps it running fast.

p.s.- dont end advanced task manager without closing at least one other program that is running with it or dont close it without keeping another program open
