now I can quit trying to remove and reinstall the program. is their a "plan b" bring considered ?

I am having the same problem... The mms worked like a charm until about 5 days ago for me also. I have tried everything... un-insalling it and re-installing it... changing the server settings but nothing seems to work. I keep getting a message saying message failed or error synchronizing I think there is something wrong with the hack. Can somebody figure this out or post a new hack soon.......

Although they should update the hack with the new arcsoft mms software.

Over at sprint users there was some talk of sprint changing the url. or server or something hopefully that is all it is.. and hopefully they find out quick

You can use something like Resco Explorer or Total Commander to get at the registry.

It seems like something has changed in the phone. Even before I connect to the internet I get the error message. Something some how changed and keeps applications in the phone from accessing the server. My HHC weather will not connect either.
