This program/hack no longer works! Phones are currently automaticaly coming with MMS / Pic Mail features :D
Have Sprint? Have questions about Picture Mail / MMS? Read this first! - Updated 02/29/08 -------------------------------------------------- This is quoted from the 700wx thread as the same app. PLEASE! Do not PM me with questions about the MMS hack/app. I did not develop it and do not USE it, so unfortunately I have no helpful input on this. It's not that I don't want to help, it's that I have no idea how to help you. As said before, the text below was quoted from another post that was posted by Wideawake, our site's admin. Your best bet to get help, is to post on this thread. Hope this clears it up a little... UPDATE 09/17/07: Please use the simple install method with the newest server settings to fix any issues with the mms app. ~Mike (Wideawake) Quote:

Works for me, but I did the fix.
Use your regedit program and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI Click to open EnableServerEdit and changed the key from 0 to 1. Soft reset. Go to your mail box. It should show you that you are currently in the mms folder. Select menu, then select MMS Configuration. Select the Severs tab and Change http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms to http://63.215.195.152/servlets/mms |

Mustang, do you have to do this part in addition to the installing the software in the above link or is it one or the other? |
I installed this on Fri when I got my TOUCH. It would send pic mail without a problem. The problem I ran into is it killed all the homescreen messaging buttons and the cube messaging buttons. Once I uninstalled it all the buttons worked again.

ok i did what mustang said. the thing though was my server was allready set to http://63.215.195.152/servlets/mms
i had to enable server deit to see it though. one question.... why do my incoming mms messages go into my sms inbox instead of the mms inbox? i never really used the picture mail until no, so this may have been an issue for a long time.... IDK |
