It HAS to be caps "WMTP_3_4". Like I said, I still get the same error message.

How about you have you tried as well?
Man this really sucks you know, we need to be able to use all the functions of our service?
Its like we are being punished for having a great piece of software and amazing phones, by or own provider?
I dont get it?

I too have been having problems in the past several dies with the MMS program. When I downloaded it..it worked perfectly until 5 days ago. I keep getting notifications saying that it was not sent or the recipient didn't get it or something like that. If I keep pushing the retry button, it will ultimately send. Today, I have pushed the dumb retry button with NO luck at all!

Is something wrong with the network? Is there a fix for this?

It appears that the Arcsoft MMS is no longer working (all phone forums here at PPCGEEKS are discussing it). Hopefully it's a Sprint issue and will soon self correct. Otherwise it looks like we'll be having to go to "Plan B".
