That's the reason they told me they had to bill me for the phone. They had too many people getting new phones and just selling the old ones.

Customer service at Sprint said they will send a return kit which is the plain cardboard box that the Touch came in. They also e-mailed me a fed-ex label to use on the box when I return it.

I will let you know how the credit goes drunkinmonk.

Im waiting for my Mogul return kit as well but I lost the extra stylus and God know where the original Holster is. Anybody know if they bill you for sending an incomplete return kit?

I called Tuesday 11-13 and my Touch is out for delivery today. Actually, they gave me a choice of any PDA and said I would get a refund / credit as the TOuch was cheaper than the Mogul. I am still going to send in the rebate form and see what happens.

How to reach ecare

Do I just email them from the website or is there an email address to send my complaint to. I am sick of the mogul and I am going to ask for the touch because of the BT issues and every other issue I have had. I have wait until people could let me know that the keyboard did work well. I mean virtual keyboard....

Any help would be great or if anyone has a great angle please share. I just want to go to the store buy it on my account and then get a return kit....

How long have you had the Mogul? I am a week over my 30 days but I hit *2 on my phone and stated "CANCEL SERVICE" the automated machine routed me to Retentions. I said I was going to cancel because E-Care was no help and I made a deal with the dude to credit the amount spent on the mogul and he would mail me a touch with a return kit for the Mogul. I should get it Monday.

Well, I received mine today.

The only problem is that my Mogul also had an incident involving super glue.. its on the screen AND the keyboard...

Hopefully eCare will work with me and let me just pay the 249. I don't even care if they extend my contract. This phone ROCKS and I don't plan on leaving any time soon.

yea yeah... I've never been good with super glue.

I was drunk, fooling around trying to fix something I broke while I was drunk from falling... and the phone got the brunt of the glue and the vase I broke is still in pieces :-/
