back on topic... I was promised a Touch by ecare. After a couple of days I emailed them back and was told they didn't have any in their wearhouse to send out. They were not sure when they would get any back in, but told me 2 weeks at the latest. If I wanted to get one I would have to either pay full price out of my pocket for one in a Sprint store or go thru telesales and pay full price with them. They would then credit my account the cost of the phone when I sent my Mogul back to them. They would not physically give me my money back, it would just be a $500 credit on my account.
That pissed me off just a little so I emailed them back and told them I wanted the problem resolved by the end of the day or I would take my business elsewhere. I have 3 Sprint lines and 2 Nextels lines. I finally got a call from someone about 6pm and was told I would have the Touch in my hands in 3 to 5 days. This all took place on Monday. I am going to call to get a confirmation or tracking number today or tomorrow and worse case if the phone isn't here by the begining of next week I will be taking all 5 of my lines somewhere else.
