Has anyone gotten the promised Touch by eCare? - Page 2

I have an entire thread in the Titan forum about my attempt to do this. I still haven not heard back from eCare in 2 days now. They told me to take my Mogul into a store and they will exchange it, but 2 different stores said no, even though I fought for it and showed them the e-mail. I'm going to try a different store today and hope I have better luck.

I e-mailed eCare about it again 2 days ago...so I'm also waiting for a response there.

i got mine it will be here tomm u all just need to call and get someone to send u one and stop waitin for e care coz sprint is going to get wise on whats going on. so just call them and tell them if u don't get one u will be walkin

I tried retentions and got some jerk who wanted me to fax him my eCare e-mail. I'm calling them again today.

I just talked to a REALLY nice guy at retentions today. He's shipping me a brand new Touch for only $200, and letting me keep the Mogul, which I'll probably just sell for ~$350 on eBay. This is much better than a swap (w/ return kit), and they have officially kept my business.

Getting my Touch soon!

Going prices on ebay for USED moguls is like $280.00 and that was before the market was flooded with Touch converts trying to dump their moguls. Better move quick.

Does anyone know if the silicone cases for the GSM Touch will fit on our CDMA model? I know there is alittle size difference, but I don't know how much those things stretch......
