I was told i have to have my phone taken into a shop
id have to take it in to get looked at, and confirmed that..yes my bluetooth does indeed succck. They said that if they deem the bt to be an issue they will issue me a touch as a replacement.
I have a feeling that if a tech at some local sprint shop listens to my bt and deems it acceptable then my account will state that the bt is fine and i will have an even harder time getting a phone with acceptable blue toofh.
will e-care do a auto replacement swap with my mogul if i contact them?
