i still havent figured nothing out its just the screen just starts to flash off and on after a minutes of being on in bootloader and theres a red light on and only turns on when i hook it up to my usb or charger .... would a bad battery make it do this ????

You might want to try running the Exit Bootloader application you can get here:

Please let me know how it goes. I had this problem with a Titan I was using and this got it out of the bootloader mode.

Yes that is for Titans and I would not advice it. What does your bootloader read for the SPL and do you have a current GPS radio installed.
I have seen this happen when people use the 2.31 unlocker and don't have the GPS radio installed.

the problem that im haveing now is that i can flash anything into it i connect it and it turns on into bootloader but then starts flashing off and on anfter a minute the spl is 2.31.coke can you direct me to the right radio see if that would help

The aplication you have referenced is written for the Titan and should not be used for the Vogue or the 2.31 unlocker. Irrevocable damage can occur to the Vogue and possibly bricking the Vogue.

Also note you can flash them from the a Non HD 2gb or less Sd card. Rename them to voguimg.nbh.

is there any way it could just be because of my battery i think i have a bad battery because the phone wont turn on when its not plugged in then once i plug it in it turns on after a minute of being plugged in it goes to bootloader then after 2 minutes it starts to flash off and on in the boot loader screen if thats not it then i guess i just seriously brick my phone i cant flash nothing to it because it starts to turn off and on ... can someone please help me...

It could be a faulty battery. That is causing your flashing issue but you are still stuck in bootloader. (not bricked) The Vogur is a hard one to brick irrevocably unless you start unlocking with Titan unlockers or more serious thing like that.
