i unlocked my htc 6900/touch with the 2.31 cokeman unlocker but now my phone wont pass the splash screen part the second screen that comes out after you first turn it on this happends with all the roms i flash into the phone can someone point me to the right rom because i know it has to be a gps enabled rom i just flashed it like 5 times no luck its just stuck at splash screen ....(thanks in advance)

When you say splash screen what does it look like? Is it the boot loader screen with the 4 color bars or is it a screen with a logo and text? If so what does it say?

its stuck at the htc screen that comes out right after the one that tell you the radio version and all that iv tried like 4 roms no luck i even tried the oem shipped rom have any idea what it could be

the screen doesnt say anything its just the htc splash it wont go into the custumization where you align the screen and all that

One other thing.. .I've experienced flashing a ROM then the device acting the way you describe and I thought I was screwed, and after about 5 to 10 mins the device booted then was fine from then on. No idea why and I don't know how long you've let it sit in that state, but if re-unlocking your device doesn't seem to fix it you might want to try just letting it sit at the boot screen for about 10 mins or so. Just another thing to try.

Have you tried running the coke unlocker again? If not I would try that!

Also when you do that make sure you let it run and follow the onscreen instructions carefully. When I originally unlocked mine I thought it was done flashing a new rom when in fact it was not. I was able to boot into windows, but things like my ESN and other stuff was blank!!!! I reflashed with the stock rom and that fixed it, THANKFULLY, but I thought I was in trouble there for a bit!
