One other thing.. .I've experienced flashing a ROM then the device acting the way you describe and I thought I was screwed, and after about 5 to 10 mins the device booted then was fine from then on. No idea why and I don't know how long you've let it sit in that state, but if re-unlocking your device doesn't seem to fix it you might want to try just letting it sit at the boot screen for about 10 mins or so. Just another thing to try.

I actually let it sit over night and it just stayed at the splash screen .. And i can reunlock it cause it wont connect via active synce is there a way i can unlock it with my sd card i know i could flash a rom thru sd card but what about unlocking???

Have you tried doing it by putting it into bootloader mode???

now im just stuck at bootloader i tried to flash a rom and now its stuck at bootloader and everytime i try to flash a rom it gets to around 12-15% then the bootloader screen just starts to flash on and off and i get a error on the rom updater .... can some one please help me...

What does you bootloader screen Read? Do you have the 2.31 spl? Have you tried flashing a shipped ROM?

What does your bootloader screen say for the SPL?

lol First, calm down and take a deep breath!

Now go and read and follow all of codybear's directions for unlocking and flashing in his faq here:

When you have read through it a couple times and you are ready, then put your device in bootloader and unlock and flash .

I remember having something like this happen, it was when I extracted the EXE stock rom updater and tried to run the RUU that way. It was only after I just ran the full 100 meg EXE stock rom updater that I was successful. Please keep us posted!
