Re: serious help please

Here's what I would do.
Download and get the 2.31 unlocker ready to go. When you are set plug your usb cable into pc then your device. As soon as the bootloader comes up start the unlocker and see if that works.
If that doesn't work, I recommend you download the sprint shipped stock rom and try to flash that through usb. Or format a 2gb or less microsd card fat32 and place the stock rom in the root dir of that card and name it voguimg.nbh then put it in the slot and plug in the ac adapter and flash that way.
That should get you back to stock.
Then read and follow codybear's faq that I linked you to earlier to flash a custom rom.

What .exe file are you running when you try to flash your device? it should be the one that's 80 megs or so, a single exe file.

Ok, I had a similar problem to you, you need to flash your device with a STOCK ROM flasher. Since you're on Sprint try flashing with this one:

http://216.139.227.226/RUU_PPST_Vogu..._2.04_Ship.exe

from this thread
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=191607

Just download and run it and follow the prompts, it should fix your problem.
