When you put the phone in bootloader what does it say on the screen? Which rom did you flash?

Ok that is the stock rom though. If you want to use a custom rom then I suggest you now flash a custom rom not the stock rom. It may be hanging now because there may be a conflict with the radios.
It says 2.31 so you should be unlocked. Use that link I posted in that very thread you linked and go read and follow codybear's instructions . That should get you going.

still no luck iv tried a few difrent roms and a 3 difrent radios still no luck i dont know what to do no more does any one have any clue what could be wrong with my vogue??????????

Are you able to acquire a active sync connection, if so and your phone is now stable not turning off after a couple of minutes I would say run the unlocker again.
I only know of a few things that cause this. and the unlocker is one of them. The radio is another. and then the ROMs. I had a Titan yesterday that I had to run an unlocker on 4 times for it to take. Then there are also hardware issues. But those are very few.
If you decide to try to unlock again make sure the battery is 100% and follow the directions to a T. Unplug and plug back in exactly when it tells you to.

i cant connect thru active sync the phone is stuck at bootloader

Is your battery charged at least 50%?
When you put the phone in bootloader what does it do? Does it still flash on and off?
If your battery is charged 50% and your device will stay in bootloader, I recommend you download Imcokeman's original .40 unlocker and place it in the root dir of your FAT32 formatted 2gb or less storage card. Then rename it to VOGUIMG.IMG and insert the card. Put the phone in bootloader and run it that way. It may take a few tries but that should work. Then do the same with the stock shipped rom:

ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Im...NV133_Ship.exe

That will get you back to stock and you will be relocked. Then decide whether you want to run a custom rom or not. Read several guides before you attempt again. Like I said before, codybear's faq is great. Good Luck Dude!

the last time i checked you couldent run the unlocker thru sd card ??? and no the phone doesnt flash off and on no more i got the battery charged it was my battery that was makeing it turn off and on im just stuck at bootloader ...

finally got it to work all i had to do was chuck it in the trash and buy a new one got tired of messing with it i really needed my phone
