Well there are lots of things you can turn off to save battery power...
Push Internet Turn Location off in Phone settings Make sure the WiFi is off don't have email check more than once an hour (Mine is set to 2!) But I'm guessing that if you just replaced the battery you might find that is the issue... |

Why do you need to play $100 again? Is your 3rd TP working and you are considering filing a claim to see if Assurian will upgrade you to a TP2?

The $100 deductible only applies if there has been any damage to the phone. As far as I know that's the only time Sprint should even refer you to Asurion. I would hold off and wait to see what kind of condition the next TP is in. If something on that fails, then per Sprint's own policy (I believe it's 3 replacements in 2 months), they should offer the option of a different phone or another refurb TP. Although, per a memo that was mentioned in another thread, they should have offered you that on your first service. Just make sure you do it all in store instead of calling CS.

from what i have been told is that any time you go through insurance to get a phone replaced they charge you a deductible. is this not true?
anyways, i got my 3rd replacement last friday and asked the rep swapping out my phone if there was any way i could get a different phone because i was having too many problems with the touch pro's. He told me that i have to have 4 issues in 6 months for them to consider giving me a different phone and that i have had 3 issues so far so the next time i have an issue i may get a different one. i think i might try a different store when this 3rd touch pro starts acting up, which probably wont be very long from now... |

I got a refurbed one, rejected that cause it was crap, got a Altel Cert one from Assurion and loved it, but dropped it like a bonehead and cracked the screen. I then went to the Alltel store itself for the claim and paid $95 cause it was me that did it and got a TP since they had no Moguls. My TP then had a keyboard failure a week later and got a new TP on warranty. I am concerned about the high rate of keyboard failures though with the TP. |

im going thru the exact same thing but diff fones... im waiting on my 3rd replacement rite now. was also told if this next fone has issues theyll offer me a diff fone. good luck and screw asurion...
