Re: 3rd touch pro in a week
from what i have been told is that any time you go through insurance to get a phone replaced they charge you a deductible. is this not true?
anyways, i got my 3rd replacement last friday and asked the rep swapping out my phone if there was any way i could get a different phone because i was having too many problems with the touch pro's. He told me that i have to have 4 issues in 6 months for them to consider giving me a different phone and that i have had 3 issues so far so the next time i have an issue i may get a different one.
i think i might try a different store when this 3rd touch pro starts acting up, which probably wont be very long from now...
