3rd touch pro in a week
I went in last wednesday with my touch pro because of the keyboard not working anymore, they ordered me a refurb touch pro which i picked up last friday.
the replacement will not hold a charge at all, i could charge it all night and unplug the charger at 8am, by 10am without using the phone AT ALL, the battery would be down to 50%. using the stock rom, with data, wifi, and bluetooth turned off completely and in an area with full signal strength.
I called the store again today and they ordered me another touch pro which should be here tomorrow.
I called CS and they told me to call asurion and file a claim.
It's not even like i want a TP2 because to me it doesn't seem like much of an upgrade from the TP.
any suggestions on what i should do? I don't have the money to pay the $100 deductible and don't want to use my upgrade because again I don't have the money and don't want to renew my contract right now.
