do you have to pay the deductible through asurion if it's a broken keyboard (not your fault)?

if it's a broken keyboard u should be able to call sprint up and ask for replacement w/o paying deductible since it's hardware failure. or go into your local sprint store and do it. they should give u tp2 or refurb tp depending on their stock and list

I called both sprint and my local store and neither have the tp2 available. I'm having a lot of problems with my phone and i need a new phone soon but i refuse to take another touch pro. i've been through 4 and I can't take it anymore.

well if u go through asurion they will charge a fee. but wat u can do is call sprint up again and see if they will cover the fee for u since it's at your inconvenience to file a claim. heard it works for some (not for me) but oh wellz

true.. i'm kinda worried now because my screen is cracked, but it's not bleeding.. i wonder if they'll even replace it anymore..

i really dunno but it doesnt hurt to try esp if u gonna try to get sprint to cover the fee then its going through asurion either way lol

Put in a claim last night at 7:00PM after dropping my TP in the toilet got a brand new TP2 today at 11:30!! RIP TP you will be missed.

My NIB TP2 arrived around 2pm.
I went through Asurion, paid the 100.00. Gonna send back this TP and sell the extra stuff( 2 holsters, 2 batteries, 2 chargers, 4 styli). Goodluck to all tryna upgrade on the cheap.
