touch pro 2 being shipped after two pones in a row not working right, one froze and the other the touch pad was not seated all the way in the phone, tp2 should be here tomorrow.

just wondering, are guys getting charged the $100 deductible when you go through asurion to get the TP replaced?

Went to the sprint store yesterday // told them it was reseting it-self 2-3 times a week, the battery life sucked, and the four LEDs (home, back, send, end) would light up randomly throught the night causing my battery to die, they are sending me a New TP2 overnigth free for today at my house!!! i cant wait..

i wanted the android but they will not activate it on the sero 500 mrc $30 // i told them i would have signed another 2 years and still wanted me to go to the 60$ plan // i told them forget it

edit: non of these problems were produceable in store they replaced any way.

what is a SERO Plan from sprint? I dont see it on their website under plans?

a great plan they did away with. they where basically unlimited everything for $30 & $49 except min, you got 500 or 1250. N&W 7pm everything else unlimited.

They where for special invites only, than they got more public, MANY MANY people got on them, than they did away with them, now they made so its impossible to get on one, and are making new phones require new plans to get people off them. :P

The new plans are not that bad now though with the unlimited anytime mobile thing... But the referal ones is $10 cheaper and gives about 50 more min...
