Im just saying I payed almost 600.00 dollars for the TP2 and returned it....

Awesome screen........ same problems...

Im so disillusioned with the whole HTC line pf phones. Im hoping I have the capacity to make my own flavor of windown phone so i dont have to bother fixing other peoples mistakes....

Anyone care to point me in the right direction....

Not to hi-jack anyones thread but where would i start?

I better get a THANK YOU from you as I have not gotten any from no one lol. First go to Phonclaim.com and start a claim. Once they offer you a different phone, press cancel and call up Asurion. Tell Asurion you wanted to replace your Touch Pro (dont know whats your problem) but the site is offering you a model that is inferior to your device. Ask the rep if their is another phone he/she can offer. Say no to every single one of them as they have less memory than your Touch Pro and have Cramped Key Boards. Tell them the only phone that has a touch screen from the mentioned is the Treo Pro but it is now ay comparable to your phone as it does not have a slide out keyboard and you have fat fingers and you can not text with it. If she says the Touch Pro is out of stock, ask for a Touch Pro 2 nicely. If she/he refuses ask or a Supervisor NICELY. Explain to the Supervisor your problem and if he can help you out. He will say something like " Sorry for the inconvenience Mr. XXX, will the Touch Pro 2 do it for you as it has a Slide Out Keyboard and a Touch Screen? Say yes lol. Thats about all I can say man.

I dont want the TP2.

What I want is a better phone than the TP.

Hate all you want..... at least you will have somewone to aim all of your anger and dissapointment at.

I love you Touch Pro.... But not more than I hate you.....???????

Well just wait until next year or switch companies or get an unlocked Nokia N96 and head over to AT&T Or Tmobile.

Will never leave my SERO plan... as much as I can say HTC sucks..... I really do love their phones.... we are pulled left and right but eventually we are better for it and for that i can only thank HTC. For making such mediocre phons makes us better as far as troubleshooting/patience goes.

Ahhhhhhhh! They do their best I guess. Making the most money out of something you made out of other peoples inventions/TF3D is hard enough...

my package is only .9 lbs. The person from asurin said. "I'm putting in an order for you for a TP2 and a charger" Sound like a refurb to me. Has anyone received a refurbed TP2? I didn't think they had refurbs this early in the TP2's life
