Asurion replacing TP with TP2

I told my girlfriend about this, she has a TP with no working keyboard, slowly dying, etc. They are getting her a "New to Her" TP. I am hoping it's a refurb with some automatic problem so that she can call them back and be like TP2!

I just put in a claim and they had me fill out a affadavit form and fax it back in, fraud verification, and i probably wont see a new handset till monday or tuesday for review, they were out of stock of the TP, hope it will be TP2.

So is it out of stock again? From reading the last post it seems like it is, but reading the one above it, it seems like its not. Any confirmation on them being oos of the tps?

Yea i have a issue with the keyboard coming off track and it was run over once, also the pan zoom is not working.

I don't think they are out of TPs only cause less less people are doing this, so there supply shouldnt run out as quick.
