I didn't have breakfast either. I may stop at Del Taco tomorrow morning and pick up a breakfast burrito though.

So I've had my original TP for over a year, no real issues with it. I read these threads and of course wish I could upgrade, but not wanting to scam or spend the money.

Anyway, I dropped my phone. Big chunk of chrome broke off where the stylus is, and it randomly freezes and shuts off now. I got on phoneclaim.com and put in a claim, and it said I was recieving a TP2!! I can't complain about that!!!

What I can complain about is that I paid an extra $20 for Saturday delivery, but the snowstorm stopped FedEx....guess I'm waiting till Monday after all

I also put in a claim lastnight with Asurion(TP was freezing up) and it gave me the option to have it replaced with the HTC 7380. So I will see Monday/Tuesday what is sent. This will be my 3rd time replacing my TP so hopefully they don't pull any funny stuff and I get a TP2.

I'm not sure, I just did t lastnight about 12 and that was the option it gave online. I took it.

I went on phoneclaim.com last night also, and was offered the TP2 for my TP.

I went online Wednesday night, and was offered a Touch Pro. I canceled, and then logged back on Thursday night........Touch Pro2!!!!! I took it, got the confirmation, weight of package is right as reported in this thread and others, and will be here Monday!!!!

Package arrived today, TP2, New In Box!!! A couple pictures attached!

I was so astonished that I googled why Asurion would do this (though, they did it before when they gave me a Diamond for my crappy Mogul)

Basically, Asurion goes by Sprint's WEL list. To see their own document state this, use Google with the term: Asurion Sprint WEL
