I better get a THANK YOU from you as I have not gotten any from no one lol. First go to Phonclaim.com and start a claim. Once they offer you a different phone, press cancel and call up Asurion. Tell Asurion you wanted to replace your Touch Pro (dont know whats your problem) but the site is offering you a model that is inferior to your device. Ask the rep if their is another phone he/she can offer. Say no to every single one of them as they have less memory than your Touch Pro and have Cramped Key Boards. Tell them the only phone that has a touch screen from the mentioned is the Treo Pro but it is now ay comparable to your phone as it does not have a slide out keyboard and you have fat fingers and you can not text with it. If she says the Touch Pro is out of stock, ask for a Touch Pro 2 nicely. If she/he refuses ask or a Supervisor NICELY. Explain to the Supervisor your problem and if he can help you out. He will say something like " Sorry for the inconvenience Mr. XXX, will the Touch Pro 2 do it for you as it has a Slide Out Keyboard and a Touch Screen? Say yes lol. Thats about all I can say man.
