Asurion replacing TP with TP2

cracked screen is a good one. thats what got my gf a tp2. but its not glass good sir. just a few layers of plastic and a digitizer.

As of Wed. the 17th, they wanted to replace my damaged TP with another TP, presumably refurbished. I told them I'd have to think about it since my contract is up next month anyway.. Anyone been sent a TP2 recently??

As of a yesterday they still had Touch Pro's in stock so I canceled my claim, hope they run out soon cause I'm tired of dealing with my finicky touch pro.

I tried with no luck. I'm getting another TP. Going to bring the new one to the store and complain about getting a phone that has been known to have multi. issues. "What can they do?"

i tried submitting a claim but still they tried to offer a TP instead of TP2.....

im elegible for upgrade and i saw a deal on amozon to get a Droid for only 49.99 but will have to renew my contract again ....will see maybe i will do it if assurion don't stop offering tp instead of TP2s

they might either other you another one , or try to do like they tried to do with me, try to get you to renew your contract for the upgrade..
