i received tracking info and should get it by tomorrow since i ordered late late at night on tuesday. The info shows up at 2 lbs in the fedex tracking so i am guessing it is fully kitted brand new and will confirm tomorrow. If anyone is needing to make a swap now would be the right time before the warehouse get replenished and it takes 3-4 days for them to run out again.

do you call or can you see if they offer a TP2 with an online claim.

my TP just took a dump on me yesterday, front buttons dont work, touch flo doesnt respond, 5-10 second delay, keyboard not working. it's really irritating!

okay, so asurion did NOT send me a TP2, i had the worse customer service in my life today and spent almost an hour on the phone "trouble shooting" AKA i hard reset and tell him if that made anything better.

NOPE, my phone's a bad refurb from asurion, and im getting another refurb in the mail soon, but im trying to catch them early in the morning and hopefully my phone wont be in the shipping stages. i dont want to deal with TP1 problems, TP2 problems are something i'd like to deal with now

When you get your confirmation email double check what they sent you because they told me I was getting a TP over the phone but the email said TP2 fully kitted. you never really now what your going to get.

never call unless you have already checked what is offered online. I called in first to initiate a claim and then checked online everyday till they ran out of touch pro and then finalized my claim online when it showed Touch pro out of stock and instead sub the 7380 AKA TP2. So check online first or just initiate the claim and tell them you will complete it online once you have the funds ready

I just placed a replacement order and it said I would get the: Phone 7380. I hope I get it since it would suck to get the same TP1 for $100!!! thanks for the info BTW

Fully kitted means new in box. If you get a replacement only you just get the phone.
