Laggy Keyboard Fix

So I couldn't get the lag to stop! I tried everything, all these tweaks, and all that jazz. I took good care of my phone so I assumed it had to be softare related, but turns out that my phone finally got to the point that the keyboard stopped working completely, I brought it to the sprint store and they exchanged it. It has been working ever since. I hope it doesn't break again.

I have found a fix that works for me.

I turned off cleartype (settings -> systems -> screen ) and that seemed to fixed the issue with minor-to-none change in quality.
