Re: I should sue htc/sprint this velcro case suck
I HATE the case. It fell off my belt, in the case and scuffed up three edges of the phone. It's the biggest POS case I've seen. I might misplace mine and get a new one.

I use the old magnetic case from my Mogul that I upgraded and it works great with the TP. I always put my TP in a specific way so that its easy to unhook/hook the wired headset so my touchscreen is always facing me and not the magnets. Doesn't matter though because I've never had a problem with the case, it's way better than that POS velco one thats for sure. Oh and I use PocketShield so my phone doesn't go call random people at random times, which I have had happen before I used PS, but I always just assumed it was because I would accidentally press against the screen as I pull it out of the case. Re: I should sue htc/sprint this velcro case suck
I owned a Treo 650 about a year ago and bought a case from Sprint to go with it. It was pricey but then again I did buy it from Sprint. I found the case on ebay for $10 about a week later. Anyway, the belt clip is very strong, it will wear out the case first before the belt clip loosens. The magnet on it will not disrupt the phone in any way and will keep the phone right where its supposed to be, ON YOUR HIP!!. I don't use it anymore, only becase it has "palm" written on the flap but the more I hear about how these craptastic stock cases are failing, I just may go back to it!! The good thing about it is it has a slot on the inside of the case that I used as a wallet! AND IT DOES NOT SLIDE OFF MY BELT!!
Edit: PRO slides right into it, no problems at all. LIKE A GLOVE!! (forgot to mention that!!) |

Re: I should sue htc/sprint this velcro case suck
i love how HTC, or Sprint dont even make the case, yet the old OP post wants to go after em.... ive never used any case but the sotck case... stay closed, never slipped off my belt.. and im 6'3 200lbs, and sag my pants without question, never had the case fall off belt, nor had the phone fall out... i dont think anyone should owe anybody anything, for the users lack of not paying enough attention to how secure the case and phone are sitting on their persons(after all these are 600 devices, pay attention)
sprint or htc shouldnt owe us anything, when were the ones messing up the devices

Re: I should sue htc/sprint this velcro case suck
as the creator of this this thread im surprised its still around but as an update i no longer use the oem case i just bought a magnetic one and hope i don't mess up my second phone i also bought invisible sheild to rap around my phone for that extra protection if it ever does slip out the case again. fyi if you have dyed your back cover black or any other color from that previous thread some one made on how to dye your case using rit dye let me give you fair warning if u try to use invisible sheild on that back cover the dye will run on to it and it will look discusting....
