Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.

i just got off the phone with them....they reset my picture mail account and now i can receive picture mail..buttttt it comes through as a sms not in my picture mail app

As an SMS? Meaning? Can you view the picture on your phone, though? If so, that's what we were trying to accomplish. But if you mean SMS like it tells you you have a picture message and you still have to go to the website to view it, then yeah, that sucks.

yep thats what i mean...its acting as if the picture mail app is not even there

I purposely made sure my picture mail app was *not* open. I received her picture message.

Then I had 6 different friends send me a picture message... and *all* of them have come in a very timely manner and gave me the "new picture mail" message on my phone.

So far, by having your sprint picture mail account "reset" you will start to receive your pictures on your phone again. (If you had the problem in the first place.)

By the way, just to add to it, after every picture I got out of the 6, I closed the picture mail app again to make sure it did not need to be open. Thankfully it didn't.

Problem possibly solved.

I just got off the phone with Sprint and did all of the above (reprovisioning the phone and resetting the account) and still no picture mail to my phone, only to the website...WTF...this really sucks! Maybe it's my Rom anybody else using Juggalo's TP Rom that have picture mail working?

I'm using stock ROM with the addons listed in my previous posts in this thread on pages 1-2. I am able to view the pictures on my phone now. I don't even have to go to the Sprint P.M. website anymore, honestly. Unless I want to save them to my PC, of course.
