I found out that error happens when you are connected to ActiveSync. Try disconnecting your ActiveSync and just with your bare phone and no cable connections, try the Update Profile. Worked fine for me after that. |

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
The steps listed in post #46 worked for me! The first thing I did was uninstall "Personalizer". And PictureMail Work! If you have MortScript installed uninstall it.

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
Just to give those a heads up:
Day 2 and the method of installing .NET 3.5 *first* and then soft reset, picture mail update, soft reset... STILL working! I got a random picture message today that I *wasn't* expecting for a change (meaning I didn't tell him to send me one to test out my pic messages). So that made me happy to see one come through that I wasn't specifically waiting on. Like I said, just updating the thread with results on how to fix this crazy loophole of a problem. |

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
I have a Sprint Touch Pro.
I did stop ActiveSync and my update profile worked, so thanks for that!! After I updated my profile I tried sending two picture mails, one to a Verizon phone and one to a Sprint phone. My friend with the Sprint phone said she had a text message saying she had a picture mail but could not access the link to download it. My friend with the Verizon phone has still not received it and I am waiting on her to send me one back. I am still waiting to hear back from Sprint tech support so I will update after. Thanks for the help. |

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
Damn.
Might be out of luck on that one. Unless PictureMail wasn't installed/cooked on it. Then just downloading PictureMail and installing it should be fine. Since you already completed the first step of "installing .NET 3.5" first, technically. |

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
I have had the same problem with picture mail since I recieved my replacement Touch Pro. After two weeks of daily consulting with level two technical support techs, who had some very inventive solutions, none which worked I saw this post about Cody's Personalizer. I removed his application and BANG, I can now send and recieve pictures and videos. Thank You Geek Gods.

Re: Picture Mail showing online, but not sending to phone.
I have also been having the picturemail problem. When I called Sprint last night, I spoke with their tech support for a bit. They told me that there is a new ROM update available on the HTC website. It has a release date of 11-05. They said that this should fix the picturemail app. However, I wasn't able to download it. It asks for a specific S/N of your phone, and it wouldn't take mine for some reason. Can someone verify this? and see if they can get it to work? and if it does work can they post the .exe/.cab file for the ROM?
