I've had it since 2005. I wouldn't go without it. Whenever I've had a problem with my phone I just take it to the Sprint store. If they couldn't fix it they replaced it without any hassle.

I went through quite a few phones, the insurance has paid for itself more than once!

For those who've had to replace their phones multiple times, do you have to pay $50 each time they replace your phone?

DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

It's saved my *** 2 times, and helped me get phone upgrades 2 times as well.

I started with a 6700 1.5 years ago. Now I'm at the Touch Pro, and through whole phone upgrade process, I have MADE $45. [Got the 6800 for free, paid 130 for Touch Pro and sold the mogul for 175]

Only if you lose it or it gets stolen [and a few other things]

But if it's not working, scratched up, etc. it's free.

Water damage is NOT covered.

Water damaged is covered the same way lost/stolen is via 50 dollar deductible

Use to be a former sprint employee. Heres some advice if a phone is Water damage or Stolen REPORT IT AS A LOST PHONE. The reason being if its lost u pay $50 and get another one no questioned asker. If its liquid damageed u will have to go through the hassel of getting a return kit and then returning and have to wait until it goes to the warehouse. Last but least if its STOLEN, U will just give up and cry trying to get ur phone replaced bc u will have file a police report, and fill A LOT of forms. So just keep in mind, Lost is the best solution. (just to let u know the lost phones esn will be locked and unusable).

You gotta have it on these expensive *** phones. I've had it ever since its inception and believe it or not in 8 years i've never had to use it but as Chris Rock would say "in case s**t happens!"
