So I call to cancel my service (its about the principle now) and the lady says she will forward it to her boss and have him call me, this was Friday she said it would be a few hours, I got fed up after receiving no call and called to finish today, get this. The lady on the phone said they didn't call me why? BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER!! I mean seriously I obviously have a cell phone hah.
Im calmed down a bit more now and are more open to resolving this VS having to go buy an iphone and whatnot. |

sprint won't go down. It might trip and stumble slightly, but it'll be caught by TMobile and the two will make love under a tree in a field in the warm summer rain.

It would be TMobile buying sprint though. Sprint's acquisition of Nextel was a dumb move, like trying to save a bite victim in a zombie flick, but with TMobile, it would be an upgrade for tmobile users. For sprint users, the service wouldn't change because the network we use is already in place. If anything, it would give us an upgrade path to the G1, better customer support, not to mention a network we can run unlocked iphones on.
You guys haven't heard anything about this? |

Well I just got off the phone with escelations and they basically told me to go screw myself. They said they would send me another mogul or give me 75 off a new phone but thats it.
Goodbye sprint, 10 years of service and you still know how to f**k a customer. |
