So I call to cancel my service (its about the principle now) and the lady says she will forward it to her boss and have him call me, this was Friday she said it would be a few hours, I got fed up after receiving no call and called to finish today, get this. The lady on the phone said they didn't call me why? BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER!! I mean seriously
I obviously have a cell phone hah.
Im calmed down a bit more now and are more open to resolving this VS having to go buy an iphone and whatnot.
