How do you like your Touch Pro?

I love mine is well. It definatly makes my old mogul look like a toy. i think that the build quality is good, it feels solid to me, other than the battery back creeks. I usually switch phones often but i think its gonna take a while for anyone to top this. the only thing i don't like is the battery life, but it does get me through the day usually.

Initially, I hated it. It is growing on me, but the jury is still out. I haven't sold my mogul yet.

You coudn't pay me to go back to the mogul. Battery life on the mogul wasn't great either by any means. I'll just pick up a 2nd battery and desktop cradle. I had to use that for my mogul anyways. Girls always made fun of my mogul's looks. My only reply was, "it can do anything I want though." That statement wasn't even completely true. I couldn't run all the programs at the same time like I wanted. The Touch pro can't do everything I want quite yet b/c Skyfire and opera mini aren't supported in vga.

I switched from a Palm Centro, have only used Palm, so this is a very HUGE change for me. I do get frustrated at having to try to figure things out, but i love this phone. I wish it were Apple Iphone size, but would rather have the keyboard.

as soon as the heat/battery issues are solved I'm on board. A phone dying while on the charger is unacceptable to me.

The only thing that'll take some getting used to to me is the 5-row keyboard which is a bit smaller on the buttons for my big fingers, but I'll give it a bit more time.

I'm 49 years old (next month). The screen is kinda small. I can't even read a mobile web site unless I zoom in. Don't even think of trying to look at it without my bifocals.

This is my first WinMo device and first smartphone (and my first post). I used Palm PDA's before, and carried a phone. I upgraded from a Motorola V60, so it's quite a change. I got the wife and kid the Instinct, which is much easier to use and a TON more responsive. The screen on the instinct is more responsive, and there are no lags like I get with the Pro.

However, I got the WinMo phone for its adaptability, not ease of use. I'm getting the hang of it; just got it Monday night.

I'd like to try increasing glyphcache with a registry tool to see if I can stop the pauses in the OS. Might a WinMo noob find information about how to do so by using the search function of this board?
