Calls going to voicemail after 1 or 2 rings

I had to replace my Touch Pro 2 after the touch screen died. I was given a brand new one out of the box by the store but I have noticed that I have a large number of calls that get sent to voicemail after 1 or 2 rings when I slide to answer.

After I recieved the phone I flashed to the most recent Sprint rom and since I have tried many other Rom's and I am now back to the MightyRom.

Any ideas of what could be causing this? Could it be defective hardware?

A) This is the TP1 section.
B) It may be hardware related, since it is a replacement your best bet is to contact the Sprint store & complain.







C) There's a value you can change on your phone, but requires access to the programming menu (##778# I believe...)
