LOVE IT... I've been a Mogul user since HTC released it... Touch Pro now and NEVER looked back...

Ditto to everything said in post number 42. I really can't believe how poorly this phone functions. The sensitivity is horrible and although I could live with the loosemess of the keyboard, , the terrible sensitivity and really overly busy tflo today screen make this phone a nice try ,but it is on the way back to the ville.

Gotta say that the Touch Pro stock Rom (by Sprint) SUCKS big time. This may lead to many having a poor first impression of the phone. Once you get a decent custom ROM, i'm sure that many will have a brand new appreciation for this powerhouse of a phone.
My overall impression is that i am very pleased with the Touch Pro. It does what it is supposed to do and looks very SEXY doing it!! My only complaint is that I have to stay close to a bottle of windex and a cloth to keep this baby looking good -s

my only complaint is the navigator.i use the windows media player and the right direction doesn't work. also when i have the phone in the "purse" that's supplied, the navigator keeps touching the case and playing then pausing.

Overall its a great device, and leaps and bounds better then the Mogul it replaced. Although if you tend to use it alot you'll burn through your battery pretty quickly. So far mine doesn't seem to have the issues others have reported which makes me happy.
