Sprint Picture Mail - Page 10

If im lucky my spics get sent fast most of the time its doesn't get sent at all. I received a pic an i wasn't able to view it. Sprint told me to take the phone to a local sprint store and get it fixed, i honestly dont think its my phone but ill give it a try on my lunch break

I have had some success. I do not know exactly what has happend.. However, I did try keeping my phone from going into standbye until the status of the pic mail says it is not sending any longer.... I recieved confirmaition that a pic I had taken at full 3.2 superfine went through immediatly

nothing is working i guess i have to take it to sprint, this the only thing thats wrong with the phone everything else works fine

Just got off the phone with sprint again the problem has not been fixed they created a ticket an some one will contact me il keep u guys posted if any has fixed their problem please let me know how

my problem ticket number is 17906759-081031.. This was opened on Friday.

have you tried to load the old sprint picmail from the diamond..? it was on this site for a while. I believe no2chem is the one who was posting it until he got in trouble..

guys any luck with the picture mail? last friday i tried and it send it but took really long even some of the pics i send were received the next day. today i tried again 2 hours ago and it still says "sending attempts 2". what i dont understand is that if i sign in online the picture is there and is in the sent mail. any idea how to fix this? thanks

The original diamond version is not working either.. since Friday. I tried both on my Diamond. My guy's Pro is also not working... both were working fine early last week and went out on Friday. Has to be something related to the general release of picmail to other devices.. Maybe lost something in translation

yes they are... I have sent to verizon with the camera on highest settings and they go through sometimes. I have sent pics to verizon that are under 100kb and had no luck.. I dont think its completly a size issue... however, I am not saying that it may not be a factor.
