Asurion sends tmobile customers everything brand new in box. My wife lost her Sk lx a few months ago and they sent everything. I got her the G1 the day it came out, now lets hope she doesnt lose that bad boy

Guess I was referring to the Sprint Assurion program. Can't speak for others.

I would return it but I lost the phone so SOL on that one.

It soft resets at random times. I want to avoid a $50 deductible. Local sprint corporate stores won't exchange it for me they say I have to go through assurion. I think they have limited stock for these and went them for sales

my phone is stolen, if i call asurion will they send me pro or something else instead of pro. my phone was bare 7 day old. can i still file a claim or i have to wait 30 day. i have asurion from past 3 year ever since they were lockline before. i dont want to drain my 299$. please give me some suggestion.

Just claim it.. mine was either lost or stolen as well. Either way its gone, call assurion right away and they will process your claim. Deductable is $50 but its a lot better than buying the phone again.

You will be sent a Pro. or if not a phone equal value. You can make your claim there shouldnt be a problem.

im sure you will get a pro. I was just sent a replacement and its a pro. I will have it friday.
