My day has gotten better im finally at the end of my million phone calls to asurion, i decided to call and complain to sprint explained my story and they are going to replace it for me, awaiting a confirmation email of some sort but i think i will have much better luck this way, than playing the guessing game with asurion

has anyone received a pro after receiving a diamond yet?? just curious.. I'm not sure what I will do if I receive a third pro.

WOW freaken BULLLLL, my phone was suppose to get delivered today, and guess what, they put the wrong first name, and wrong address on my package, and its about 60 miles away from me, NOw i have to wait another freaken 7-10 days to get my phone.

Well I had to fight with Sprint so far they dont have any phone thur insurance and it takes about 5-10 business days for them to replace it will be new as the phone itself has been sold out a week after launching for 2wks. Bust sprints balls by complaining about being without a working phone for the alotted time and they will more than likely credit your account for the trouble.

Nope it will be refurbished for me thats what the lady told me, and im really gonna bust some balls to sprint about this, how stupid do you have to be to send the phone to the wrong name and address, first of all i told the lady 2 times my address, and second of all she has it in her computer right infront of her wth.

ok just sent sprint a complaint about my replacement, the person reading it sure is going to have some fun time spending to read it all.
