**** dude that sucks. asurion is getting really ridiculous. and the first guy that told you that you were stuck with their mistake unless you paid another $50?? they're prolly just gonna send you ANOTHER diamond anyway. damn, i'm glad I haven't lost mine... ugh. i feel bad for you guys

I remember when I had a 6700 and I dropped it and cracked the screen. They sent me a refurbished that had a bad paint job. Literally the paint was comming off on my hands. They sent me a new one after I told them how ridiculous it was.

after dealing with some of Asurion's BS a while ago with my Mogul, I just went down to my local store and asked to speak with a manager. they placed an order for a new in box phone there. if I were you guy's, I would give a ring to retentions now and see what they can do. that's just really bad to have to deal with that crap and SPRINT needs to take care of it

yeah im going to the local sprint store today to try my luck ill be taking my orignal bb recipet and claim information to see what i can get accomplished, prolly nothing but at this point its worth the try

So it's ignorant for you to take a couple extra steps to make sure you recieve the correct device lol. Maybe if you guys listened, you wouldn't be receiving diamonds. Like i said earlier when the pros were on back order, there system defaults to sending you a diamond because it's the closest phone to what you have and they were in stock. Asurion is an insurance company first not a phone company they aren't phone savvy people. To them the model numbers for the diamond and the pro probably look exactly the same they can't tell the difference and my proof of that is when i filed my claim they were going to send me a diamond until i explained to her that that was not the correct phone. But do whatever you want and i will just keep reading and laughing when you guys keep getting diamonds. I filed my claim last monday and received my pro friday no problems so i must of done something right if all of your are having problems.

ps - no disrespect intended Rice i actually respect you and your work but i feel that was stupid for you to say that verifying information is ignorant.

Dude I verified the hell out of the 1st order and I am pretty damn sure they got the message the second time when I chewed them out for sending me the incorrect phone. I have called them every day asking where my PRO is. If you want to go around calling people ignorant, look at yourself. I have plainly posted here as well as others about gettng the incorrect phone.

In just a few posts above, I explained exactly why it is happening. They are ordering the correct phone, the pro, so stop calling me and others ignorant. Second, they explained the system has a time period in which it must ship a phone, mostly for those ordering a phone that have lost it and have no temporary phone to use. If the specific phone ordered is not available, it defaults to the next comparable.

Again, by calling people ignorant, you are showing you are by not freaking reading this thread. I along with others received a diamond the first time, after that receiving a second just makes asurion look horrible.

After calling the sprint store, what they said also made sense. If the sprint stores do not even have stock to sell to new customers, asurion is at the bottom of the list to receive the same stock. Therefore, be prepared for a long time to get the pro back. If a store lets you exchage than consider yourself luck as all I get is "we are two different companies".

I will be calling asurion, asking them for the third time to ship me a pro. If this is confusing to me, I cannot wait to see what my bill is gonna look like after all these devices floating around.

BTW you doing something right has nothing to do with it. They happened to have stock, some people got pros no problem, again you would see that if you read this thread.
I am not being mean, but after receiving the second incorrect device, and seeing your post, your getting the brunt of my p'd offness.

Man, i got my tracking number today for the replacement, and it looks like its a refurbished phone because the weight on the shipment sease 1.30lbs, which is the phone byitself and battery in box, man that sucks, i was hoping for a whole new one with accessories.

eh maybe. mine was 1.7 I doubt they have furbs. no one has gotten a furb yet. good luck geting the right one though.. i really mean it.

Yea tx, and i really how hard is it to have two tries to send a person the write phone, and mess it up both times wow.
