yes it happens your good man. your phone is on its way im sure. call ups tell them you have a package on its way but no trancking number. they will look up your addy try at say about 4-5pm to be sure they have had time to update the package tracking numbers

ok well my tracking is up and running. My phone will be here on the 7th. Wished they over nighted it but hey good thing I had a spare phone

guh u suck! I keep getting told they have no update. And no TK# The guy at asurion said it should be a new phone though so.. patience I guess. Oh and they had my email wrong.. apparently cant spell superevilllama

I was about to ask you did you make sure they had the email correct. Mad its 2 more days but hey i know it on its way

I keep hitting refresh to see if I get an email from them, but all I am getting is spam and bill notifications. *sigh*

No it's typically refurb if they have them and they don't come in a box with accessories.

correct for the most part

Asurion sends tmobile customers everything brand new in box. My wife lost her Sk lx a few months ago and they sent everything. I got her the G1 the day it came out, now lets hope she doesnt lose that bad boy

I bought mine at best buy...can I get it exchanged there for no charge under (defective under best buy policies)
