JUST AN FYI to those who have recieved diamonds in place of there pros, I THINK THE REORDERING BLOCKS THEM FROM KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE SENT YOU A PHONE, i called today to check if asurion had sent my touch pro out yet and she says, "no but if you want i can arrange for you to be sent a diamond since u havent had a phone to use since 11/5 (the date of my original claim), since i dont need another diamond sitting in my room i jus hung up, ONE MORE DAY to go pro less

Any way to track these by reference number?
If anyone has just received their package, would they mind looking for the reference number to see if its something related to your account? Assurion says my phone shipped, but they dont have a tracking number... |

if they are not able to provide you with a tracking number then you package has not been shipped, this is just bs that the lower level cs reps give you ask to speak to a manager then theyll tell u a better description of whats going on, which is the phone is not availible and they there is no date that they project say they wil get it and then they will ask you if youd will like to substitue your pro for a diamond, good lock asurion blows when it comes to the tp

You guys thinking that you will get over, you won't. At some point they will take an inventory, then find where those ESN's were shipped, then bill your account.

you guys are making a big fuss over nothing, but lucky for me i recieved another touch pro today in the mail today, christmas must be early 3 diamonds and 2 touch pros wow, ill be calling asurion tom to see if ive gotta ship them all back if not boy will i be happy

Hell, they shipped you a Diamond (a goof in the system that worked in their favor -- sending you a cheaper phone) and you called them right up to complain.
