I have called and *****ed asurion out every day for the last several days. I was told even today they are back odered. I called sprint and they are sending me a brand new phone and return kit so.. I'm opting for that. I will probably never deal with asurion again.

YEPPPP I also got a freaking diamond. Called, immediately transferred to a manager who promptly ordered a pro without question. Another two week wait.

llama will sprint allow us to trade the diamond in at a store, i think im going to go try it today maybe ill get lucky cuz it is a brand new phone that i recieved

I dont think so, but call and ask so you not waisting your time going and getting sent back with the same phone

No.. althought they get the phones from sprint, it is an insurance replacement. A seperate company has sent the phone, therefore they need to reprocess the replacement.

Very random but i think sprint is just fine. true they have lost alot of customers and money. But what company hasn't in the state that the economy is in right now. They are taking steps in the right directions and the new CEO seems to care more about customer service than the previous one did.

This sounds like a horror story in the making, imma be very upset if i have to keep going back n forth with them about this, Im currently waiting on a Touch Pro re ordering confirmation, and the lady says its possible that i could just keep getting diamonds.
