llama did you get your phone yet, i dont rem seeing when you ordered, does calling in really help anything bc im in the same predicament as you but i dont wan call if its just gonna make me get upset

sigh.. no not yet. I called them 3 days ago and was told (after being told one day it was shipped out at 2 and then the next day told it would be delivered that day) that the phone was backordered. I ***tched them out and of course it didn't change the fact that they don't have the phone to send out. I was given a new date of 11/22 which i think is total crap.. oh well... its better than having to buy the phone all over again. I just like people being up front with me and telling me the truth rather than being led on only to find out the truth later.

heh you're tellin me.. sigh.. I ended up talking to a "Manager" on duty and he appologized and admitted they had told me the incorrect information. He confirmed that they definitely made a mistake in misinforming me. Again, doesn't resolve the issue that they do not have any phones available. He also explained that the phones they get come from the Sprint warehouse and that most of Asurion's tech reps do not even know that. Of course we know that Sprint is back ordered so.. thats why they are also backordered.

check online mines was shipped today didnt get a email just thought id check so, will be delivered on the 13th
