Has anyone been able to order through ecare?

haha just sent mine as well... i better get a reply this time! i'm excited now cause we're definitely supposed to get ours ordered now since it's on the site...

Everyone ordering through ecare make sure to post on your progress whether it's good or bad! Make sure to note how long it took them to reply to your request for an order. I'll definitely do the same.

edit: ha i got the auto reply faster than ever this time... a minute after i sent it off.

I replied to them a little after midnight when the Touch Pro launched on all channels... about 10 hours ago... I was hoping for some great news when i woke up, but still no response either.
my patience is wearing thin...

well the autoreply says within 24 hours... but since they ignored me twice before this email... my patience is almost nonexistent now and i might try starting a new message with them via the sprint site in a few hours... i'm trying to hold back as long as i can cause i'm hoping they're just backed up cause of the launch and i really don't want to add to the clogging...

edit: if i just go ahead and buy the phone from the site, is it just as likely that i'll receive a credit for the purchase (if i call later and ask for a return kit and explain the whole ecare situation)?

Well the thing is when you send them emails they are suppose to add notes to your account anyway. When I called to try to get it ordered everyone that I spoke with saw the notes on my account but said that I had to go through ecare only.

Ok... We are ALL VERY EXCITED!! But I have direct number to Ecare - they gave it to me b/c I've been calling every day and I told them I was tired of being p***** around! What I don't understand is that they told me (by supervisor) that I had to call on Monday (Sunday would not happen ???) Why not today?

According to this number Ecare opens at 10am central time...
