well the autoreply says within 24 hours... but since they ignored me twice before this email... my patience is almost nonexistent now and i might try starting a new message with them via the sprint site in a few hours... i'm trying to hold back as long as i can cause i'm hoping they're just backed up cause of the launch and i really don't want to add to the clogging...
edit: if i just go ahead and buy the phone from the site, is it just as likely that i'll receive a credit for the purchase (if i call later and ask for a return kit and explain the whole ecare situation)?
