i am in the same boat as you guys...i've gotten two responses from them this morning saying the same thing..nov 2nd it is then..oh well...

touch pro from ecare
as since i'm making my exchange from a diamond i have to go thru ecare since they extended my 30 days and they are the only one who can honor the deal. they told me i had to wait until november 2nd.
after i told them it was available thru telesales already they been acting weird and take a LOOOONG time to reply to me. they actually didnt reply at all when i asked them to double check. anyone got luck with them yet? EDIT: NEVA MIND ecare called me and ordered the phone for me. Last edited by cocochannel; 10-31-2008 at 03:11 PM.

i emailed them about a same situation dealing with swapping my mogul for the pro which they said they would. took them about a full day and a half to get back to me. They were gonna honor me that deal, but by that time i got so anxious i jsut ordered the phone lol.
on the upside, cause i did that, they are gonna credit my account the price of the touch pro  once they receive a tracking # for the mogul

I had to go to the store even though they didnt have them they called telesales for me and then they put me on the phone and I ordered it from teh store.
