Ecare called me back yesterday, and confirmed the cancellation of my Touch(they placed the wrong order). He initially told me that I could order Pro through telesales, but they will charge me for that, and later they will give the credit for the returned mogul. But after trying many times with different telesales agents, they said, they type of account I have with sprint(sero?) they couldnt order it through telesales. I have to wait until 2nd. oh well... probably it is worth waiting for couple of days more.!

kinda pissed me off last night. ecare finally decided to get back to me after placing my order through telesales and they said they were gonna honor me swapping my mogul for the pro and only pay the difference between the both, which was only $30. But they noticed that i already ordered the phone.... so i was kind of upset about that.
but.....since i did order, they are going to credit my account for the price i paid, so should get a credit for $270 + tax from what they said to me via email. along witht he $113 credit i have on there now. not too bad ![]() |

Are you guys replying to previous messages sent by ecare; or going to the site and starting a new message via "contact" and explaining about the exchange/mentioning about the note made to the account?

i got a reply to my email overnight (about 12 hrs later).
they had no problem ordering the pro and providing an order number. i would try again guys. i used ecare to avoid sero problems. |

My first message was from the website and everything after that was replying to what they sent so them and I could have everything right there in one single email body.
