Re: Has anyone been able to order through ecare?
Ecare called me back yesterday, and confirmed the cancellation of my Touch(they placed the wrong order). He initially told me that I could order Pro through telesales, but they will charge me for that, and later they will give the credit for the returned mogul. But after trying many times with different telesales agents, they said, they type of account I have with sprint(sero?) they couldnt order it through telesales. I have to wait until 2nd. oh well... probably it is worth waiting for couple of days more.!
