hooray i gave up on ecare so i called them and got it arranged thru telesales! ha coulda done this 3 days ago.. oh well thank god the wait is over.

I was able to go into Sprint today and bill it to my account; earlier this morning ecare wrote me back and said they were sending me a return kit, what do they normally require for me to send back with the phone?

Everything needs to get back in the return kit. But i have gotten away by leaving one stylus behind. lol

ANyways.. ordered my Pro today in the morning for 300 dollars. Overnight shipment. Does that mean I will get it tomorrow?

I sent ecare an email this morning at 6am. I got a reply at 12:31pm. Sprint told me to contact Tele-Sales or can visit the Sprint store to order my new phone. But in the email they sent me back on Oct 1st advised they would trade my Touch 6900 for the Touch Pro. I called *2 and they was not going to honor the email that was sent on Oct 1st. I asked to be transfered to the Retentions dept. They honored the email and told me I can keep my Touch 6900. I will get my new phone by Wed for Free!!!

yeah i received an email on oct 1st too lol they told me to reply when it launched.. i did and they didnt respond to my emails... so finally i got fed up and just called it in and got them to look up the info and verify my exchange. i was definitely beginning to worry that i'd have to keep calling/mailing just to get them to honor their word - thank god it's all over and now i can look ahead to messing with the tp this week!

heh well it shows up as ordered and i got a confirmation email too. They gave me more credit on my account for getting poor service as well... i have 2 other family members not on contract, so i'm sure they'll fulfill their original promise.

So we're supposed to include everything in the return kit? What does everything entail exactly? All the plugs and accessories? I can't imagine they'd want the original box/packaging...
