yeah i received an email on oct 1st too lol they told me to reply when it launched.. i did and they didnt respond to my emails... so finally i got fed up and just called it in and got them to look up the info and verify my exchange. i was definitely beginning to worry that i'd have to keep calling/mailing just to get them to honor their word - thank god it's all over and now i can look ahead to messing with the tp this week!
